My name is Janese Pappas.  I am the German teacher at Bartlett High School for grades 9-12.
 I received my Bachelor of Arts degree of Germanic Language and Literature from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
 I received teaching certification at University of Missouri St. Louis, and have been teaching German for nine years in
 School District U46 in Elgin, Illinois.  I received my masters in education from Olivet Nazarene University in 2006.   I have organized six exchange trips to Germany with the German American Partnership Program, and have sponsored German Club every year. 
Other interests include: travel, gymnastics, reading, bicycling, gardening, hiking and camping.
